About Micah Owen

Micah Owen is the Managing Broker of R1 Colorado. He has been in the Durango area for over 11 years, giving him a vast knowledge of the real estate market and an extensive list of vendors who work with Micah to help guide you along the way to buying or selling your home. Micah attended Bluefield State University in the state of West Virginia and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 2013. After three years of teaching in Southwest Colorado, he went on to pursue his second passion– real estate. Through his teaching experience, he found that he has the patience to help explain the home buying and selling processes that most other real estate professionals lack. Further, Micah Owen is a very family-oriented man. He and his lovely wife, Sophie, have three children, Talia, Davian, and Nevaeh.
